On the other hand, if you want more control over your Facebook Ads on a day-to-day basis and the flexibility to adjust spending as you go, a daily budget is the way to go. This is good for ongoing campaigns where you want to optimize and tweak things regularly.

So, what Is Mm best advice for you?

If you are new to Facebook advertising, I recommend starting with a daily budget. This will give you more control over your spending and make it easier to manage your campaigns. Once you have more experience and have a better understanding of how Facebook ads work, you can experiment with lifetime budgets.
